Eighth episode "Dal / Thal"

Hello everyone .. welcome back again in Teaching Arabic To Foreigners .. we 'll talk about the eighth letter in Arabic language it's " Dal " it corresponds letter " D " in English .. we pronounce it Dal abstracted but in words " D " it's like Aleph related to the previous letter only but not to the next one .. ok let us 've a look on screen and notice how we'll write it ..

Dal belongs to a new group consists of w letters only .. look at it in the beginning and middle and end ..

دب              عدد                         سد

Bear    number       dam

Now I'll go on the Dal family and we'll c the ninth letter " Thal " it corresponds " Th " in English .. we pronounce it abstracted Thal but in words Th and it has a point above it look like dal as we'll c on screen now .. it relates to the previous but not to the next letter also like Dal and we 'll c it in the beginning , middle and the end ..
